It is not open source and therefore not going to have the same horsepower behind new development of the scripts. I already wrote my own PERL scripts for a classified site so I know the dynamic very well !

yes its not open source but i think its worth the cost.

So sorry but COST was not the quoted issue. The central issue is what development horsepower will be behind a purchased module? Only you. Not a huge community that comes with open source.

yes but current users can customize things and create modules for it, create mods, etc
There is already a support forum at http://www.sitemile.com/forums that will help users meet and discuss their thoughts show their mods, etc
