Ingredients
- Pavoni beans – do not know the english name yet
- Fresh basil – prefer the purplish variety with hint of liquorish flavor
- garlic – chip chopped
- Mayonaise – the good stuff. Please no cheapies as its critical for taste
Steps
- Cook up some Fagioli Pavoni or some suitable substitute. I put in the refridgerator to chill.
- finely chop the basil and garlic and mix with the beans in a bowl.
- Add the mayonaise and mix gently as to not break the beans.
- let sit 1 hour allow the garlic flavor to diffuse through out the mayonaise.
