I attempted to buy some ddr memory from. The product was promised to be sent by EMS. What they do is put a package full of nothing into the postal system in the slowest manner possible so they can send you a tracking number but it arrives with nothing. Only later did I find other people listing this fraud on an Alibaba forum webpage.

I was cheated in same traditional manner. I inquired for some products they send me their quotation and after some negotiation we agreed on final price. They gave me exactly the same bank details (as appear above) and western union transfer details. I was stupid enough to trust them and sending them ful payment through western union. A few days after sending payment, they gave me a fake tracking no and web address of china post to track my shipment. But now two months are gone and my shipment in bouncing between Beijing and FUOZOH and my shipment status is final delivery.
Now i have discovered that most of the companies on alibaba are cheat. I would appreciate if someone can guide me how can i get my money back or atleast make stop them from cheating others.
You could send a letter to the bank say "so and so cheated me" May I ask what you tried to purchase? Because memory seems to be a classic! Also on one of the links above the guy says he "might" be able to help you get your money back. Now this you should be very very careful with! The link is here:
