Dmitry Kovalivnich spotted as Anlogvins on ebay new game Wheres Dmitry?

Dmitry Kovalivnich has been spotted again as Anlogvins on ebay. 

I decided we can make this game similar to Where's Waldo.  However he's not hard to spot because he uses the same name and address each time.  The part that is challenging is to spot his ID on ebay.

Ebay could do this for us as he uses that same name and address each time he pulls this scam.  Ebay keeps registering him.  I have 5 known ID's he's done this with. I estimate he has used at least 15 others by estimating time gaps and amount of time required for the scam.
