Wall Street has now learned it can blackmail Washington

The size of the bailout is such that it suggests a Washington / Wall Street axis is going to form.  This financial dictatorship can stomp its feet and will shift blame to anyone except those who really caused the crisis.  Watch out.  In the unlikely event this bailout is successful you can expect more problems in the future.  What do you do when you receive a huge payday?  Repeat the behavior.
