1. Been having problems with a stubborn sinus infection.  I finally noticed drainage occurring when I bent over.  Finally I started doing bent over yoga-like positions with tissue at the ready in one hand.   Start blowing your nose into Mr Hankey while you are still bent over and as you rise to a normal standing position
  2. Next thing I discovered was that if I tensed my abdominal musles that the blood pressure in my nasal tissues ballooned them into position better for evacuation of mucus.  Applies to all positions.
