Daniel Roth was head of McDonald Steel Corporation.  A lawyer in charge of what fundamentally is an engineering operation is ilkely why the USA has fallen so far.  It's the "Congress Effect".

We need to be more like China in one respect only. A country run by engineers not but lawyers.
