The Electric Network Distribution Charge Scam

I just got off the phone with Phil the guy in charge of managing the electric utility in Arcanum, Ohio. He informed me of the following:

• The electric distribution companies are a way of escaping regulation. 
• There are only 12 distribution companies that cover most of the USA
• Distribution charges have gone up quite a bit since 2009 and they are going up another 125% between now and next year.

This is an obvious scam.  It's just another way of strangling industry in the USA and skimming money were they have found their global warming grift falling short.
