East Palestine Ohio Work Crew Character CounterWeight

There was a guy on the East Palestine city work crew that had about the same form factor as Christie when I was in the single digits.  You'd see them working on some street or sewer project on a summer day and there this guy would be leaning on a shovel handle.  ( not metaphorically ).   The Old Man used to call him "Counterweight".   Good for balancing out weight when something might tip over.
