I knew a fellow who took a football helmet and attached several coils of wires to it.  He then connected the coils to the output of a stereo amplifier.  Using this he would stimulate his brain with fluxuating magnetic fields.  It was the home version of transcranial magnetic stimulation.

She wastes a small percentage of her time worrying about rich people being able to modify and poor people not.  This should not be a worry.  All really good mods will get very cheap by the same method computers get cheaper.  The best hacks will be DNA informationally based and that will be as liquid as software hacks sent over the web.
